Here’s a few details about my experience on how I went from a high school kid making $10 an hour as a cook to a thriving catering business that does over a million a year in sales.
MY EXPERIENCES
Since I started working at an early age helping my family through middle school and high school I had the desire to own my own business at a very young age. Luckily that experience pushed me to work as hard as possible to make that a reality. While going to college I started a small marketing business and soon after started my own catering business that soon took off.

I’m a Cook
My first job was working as a cook at a local mom and pop. Started helping my family while in middle school, had a part time throughout high school and wanted to own my own restaurant eventually.

Bought my first website for a catering business concept that I wanted to get off the ground.

Waited a whole year before I promoted and landed my first catering customer.

4th Official Year
4 Years after I landed my first catering event we were doing over a 1,000 events a year and built out my own mom and pop restaurant for over six figures. Was on my way to 1,500 events a year and a second restaurant within a couple years.

Doing almost 2,000 events a year. Systematized my catering business which allowed for further growth and new ventures. Hence, the “catering masterclass”.
